your tasting sheet like adding a point system or increasing the number of categories.

Clean, Unclean.

Aromatic family:
fruity,Floral, Spicy, Vegetal, Woody, Earthy, Chemichal.

Defaults:
Corked, sulfur, Brettanomyce, Oxydise.
PALATE        


Attack:
Weak, medium, pronounced.


Middle Palate:
Thin, Medium, Present. Unbalanced, Balanced.


Finish:
Short, Medium length, Long.
CONCLUSION        


Quality:
Low, Average, Good, Excellent, Exceptional.


General pleasure:
Low, Liked it, Loved it!
